Morning Detox Drink Recipes - Raspberry Coconut Oil Apple Cider Vinegar

A great detox drink for nearly anyone and everyone, this morning detox drink recipe will get your body in fighting shape for the day ahead!
  • Hot water
  • 2 Raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
  1. Boil the water.
  2. Add the apple cider vinegar to a tea or coffee mug.
  3. Fill the cup about half way with the hot water.
  4. Add the coconut oil and raspberries and stir thoroughly.
  5. Fill the cup the rest of the way.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
A note on Apple Cider Vinegar: Not all apple cider vinegar bottles are made equal! This is important. Like with all other foods out there, you need to be just as focused on quality with apple cider vinegar. Look for bottles that say "Raw" and "Unfiltered".
