Today’s Diet:

  • Breakfast:
  • Smoked Salmon
  • Scrambled “Salad” Eggs
  • Eggs, Ham, Avocado, Celery, Mushrooms, Carrots, Turmeric, Black Pepper, Cumin
  • Morning Snack:
  • 1 oz 100% Baker’s Chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
  • Lunch: Salad
  • Mixed Salad
  • Rosemary ham
  • Avocado
  • Mushroom
  • Tomato
  • Olive Oil
  • Afternoon Snack:
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
  • 1 ounce Bakers Chocolate (pure cocoa)
  • Dinner:
  • 1/2 lb Shrimp
  • 1/2 Large Avocado

Long day; great run at the end. Did 7 miles in under 60 minutes. Felt good.
